Good to Know

Questions before your first visit

What should I wear to my first appointment?
Please wear something you're comfortable moving around in. We recommend something stretchy and comfortable.
What happens during a first visit?
We start with a conversation about your history and goals, followed by an assessment. Together we build a plan that fits your body, your stage and your comfort level.
Do I need to reschedule if I have my period?
No. You can attend while menstruating, and a pelvic exam can still be performed if you're comfortable with it.
