Corina Kerrison

Corina is Co-Director of Optimum Perinatal Health, with a keen interest in pelvic health and the perinatal population. A University of Alberta graduate, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2000 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1995.
Across her career in private practice she has expanded her skill set in orthopaedics and pelvic health, with certification in Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture (2003), Doula certification (2005), and Spinal Manipulation at the Swodeam Institute (2006). From 2001 to 2009 she completed formal, extensive postgraduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy, focused on the assessment and treatment of incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy-related dysfunction, post-obstetrical trauma, and pelvic pain.
Corina maintains a busy practice, blending her orthopaedic, acupuncture and pelvic health skills into an active, holistic approach to treatment.
Outside the clinic Corina is a busy mom of four who loves spending time with her family, being active and getting outdoors.
