Optimum Perinatal Health (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Not medical advice
The information, articles and resources on this website are provided for general educational purposes only. They are
not medical advice and are not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified
health professional. Using this website does not create a physiotherapist–patient or other care relationship.

delay seeking advice because of something you have read here. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call 911 or
go to your nearest emergency department.
2. Booking appointments
Appointments may be requested or booked through our online booking system (JaneApp) or by contacting the clinic.
Bookings are subject to availability and to our clinic policies. You are responsible for providing accurate
information when booking and for arriving on time for your appointment.
3. Fees and cancellation
Our current fees and appointment types are listed on our Rates & Coverage page. Fees are
payable at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. If you are no longer able to attend a scheduled appointment,
please cancel through your account on our booking system. Cancellations made within two (2) business days of your
appointment are subject to a cancellation fee, as described on our Rates & Coverage page.
4. Insurance coverage and direct billing
You may submit insurance details through our coverage and contact forms so we can help confirm your coverage and,
where available, direct-bill your insurer. Submitting your information does not guarantee that your
plan covers our services or that a claim will be approved. Coverage, eligibility and reimbursement are determined by
your insurer and the terms of your plan. You remain responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. Please
review our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you provide.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its underlying systems;
- Introduce malicious code, or collect information from the site by automated means without our permission; or
- Use the site to transmit unsolicited or unlawful content.
